MEXICAN TUITION WAIVERS
The State of Texas permits public universities to allow a limited number of
financially-needy citizens of Mexico to pay the lower in-state tuition rate rather than the higher out-of-state tuition rate. Eligibility is based on financial need. Students must be in Texas on a valid student visa and be willing to return to Mexico after graduation. Undocumented Mexicans or long-term Mexican-American residents of Texas are NOT eligible for this program. Contact the Financial Aid office of any public university in Texas for further information.
