Become a certified instructor on the TRX Suspension Training System. You will learn how to properly perform over 70 Suspension Training exercises, using proper cues and adjustments for all fitness levels. More details on the course can be found on TRX's website. A workout unlike anything you've experience, this group fitness class is for everyone! TRX Suspension Training is comprised of hundreds of body weighted exercises that are easily modified for your personal fitness level simply by adjusting foot stance. TRX will challenge and improve your strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Participants can register for Continuing TRX and TRX BasiX classes on a monthly basis. For best results, Campus Rec Fitness Staff recommends you attend class twice a week. Consistency = Results!
A Campus Recreation Personal Trainer will come to your department to present to any interested faculty or staff, a FREE 30-45 minute lecture/interactive workshop on a health and/or fitness topic.
