Personal Training

Personal Trainer Packages

Personal trainers are available for Campus Recreation members interested in individual instruction and motivation. Trainers will design a personalized fitness routine and guide the client through workouts.  Call 243-2833 for more information or to sign-up for a Personal Training session time.

Available Personal Trainer Packages:

  • 2 one-hour sessions =  $60
  • 4 one-hour sessions = $100
  • 8 one-hour sessions = $192
  • 6 thirty-minute sessions = $120

Personal Training Process

Get started with a trainer by following these steps:

  1. Clients must be a current member of Campus Recreation or purchase a valid guest pass for all sessions with a trainer. See Membership Policies for details of how to obtain a valid membership or pass.
  2. Browse the personal trainer profiles below to help you choose a trainer who will fit your needs.
  3. Call 243-2833 if you need help selecting a trainer, or if you have any questions regarding the personal training process.
  4. Call 243-2833 when you are ready to hire a personal trainer.
  5. After you have made contact with your personal trainer, you can purchase your training package at the front desk of the Fitness & Recreation Center.
  6. Complete the new client paperwork.  You may complete the forms and e-mail them to your trainer, or you may print them out and bring them with you to your first training session.

Meet the Personal Trainers

AshleyAshley

Ashley believes each person can create their own success.  She offers a training program to guide and motivate individuals towards achieving their unique fitness goals. She was also voted 2011 Missoula Choice Award for Best Fitness Trainer! 

Education:  B.S.  Health Promotions (Health Science, Nutrition & Exercise Physiology), South Dakota State University

Personal Trainer Matt

Matt

Coming from a sport's background, Matt's focus is improving anyone's fitness with high intensity, functional movements, through training in different modal domains.  He is experienced in helping individuals build muscle and lose fat through a functional fitness approach.  His areas of focus are anything from endurance and powerlifting, to flexibility and gymnastics.

Education:Currently a senior in Health and Human Performance at the University of Montana

Crossfit Mobility and Movement



Personal Trainer Casey

Casey

The part of the personal training process that Casey finds most enjoyable and exciting, is utilizing activities the client enjoys to engage in, and molding aspects of those activities into a specific program.   As a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, his past training has involved team sports such as soccer and basketball, mountain biking, figure training, and general athletic development (speed, power, reaction, agility and quickness).  He has worked with teams and individuals ranging from youth and college athletes to older adults athletes.

Education:
B.S. Exercise Science, emphasis in Fitness Programming and Evaluation

NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Adapt Level 3 Personal Trainer
