Fitness Classes

With over 50 hours of group classes per week, taught by highly qualified instructors, we have something for everyone. Check the Classes page for the current class schedule.

Consultations and Orientations

Need a fitness routine or want to measure your current fitness level? New to the Fitness & Recreation Center and want some guidance on how to properly use our equipment? Visit the front desk of the Fitness & Recreation Center to meet with a Campus Recreation Personal Trainer for a one-time fitness consultation, body comp measure, or free equipment orientation.

Personal Training

Are you bored with your routine? Need motivation? Not getting the results you want? Training for a special event? Campus Recreation Personal Trainers are here to help you with all that and more.

Fitness and Health Related Workshops

Every semester, a variety of health and fitness professionals present different topics intended to educate and inspire you as you work towards your health and fitness goals. Check the Health and Well-Being page for an up to date schedule of presentations.

Fitness Challenge

Join us in the Spring or Fall semesters for a six-week challenge of fitness and health. You can compete as an individual or with a team of up to five people. This is a fun and motivational program to get you moving, try new activities, and take your health and fitness to a new level.
