Need a fitness routine or want to measure your current fitness level? New to the Fitness & Recreation Center and want some guidance on how to properly use our equipment? Visit the front desk of the Fitness & Recreation Center to meet with a Campus Recreation Personal Trainer for a one-time fitness consultation, body comp measure, or free equipment orientation.

Every semester, a variety of health and fitness professionals present different topics intended to educate and inspire you as you work towards your health and fitness goals. Check the Health and Well-Being page for an up to date schedule of presentations.
Join us in the Spring or Fall semesters for a six-week challenge of fitness and health. You can compete as an individual or with a team of up to five people. This is a fun and motivational program to get you moving, try new activities, and take your health and fitness to a new level.
