DirectConnect provides service to students, faculty or staff. Our primary focus is to support residents connecting to the high-speed campus network available to Lewis and Clark Village and every on-campus residence hall including Aber, Craig, Duniway, Elrod, Jesse, Knowles, Miller, Pantzer and Turner halls.
There is presently no DirectConnect wired data service available for University Villages. In addition, there is no on-site support for University Villages residents. However, University Villages residents can receive technical support from the DirectConnect Office via phone (243-2625) or via walk-in (Elrod 014, between 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM). Residents at University Villages can either purchase internet through a private internet service provider or they can connect to the wireless network, available in certain buildings. University Villages also has a computer lab, available to all residents.
