Where can I get DirectConnect Support?

DirectConnect provides service to students, faculty or staff.  Our primary focus is to support residents connecting to the high-speed campus network available to Lewis and Clark Village and every on-campus residence hall including Aber, Craig, Elrod, Duniway, Pantzer, Turner, Jesse, Knowles, Miller and Turner Halls.

There is presently no University-offered high-speed data service available from University Villages.  However, residents at University Villages fall within Residence Life and we do provide limited support to these the residents.  Because our program focuses on connecting residents to the campus network, we will not go to any apartment and only offer support to University Village residents via telephone or to residents at our office.  Residents at University Villages should purchase and get service from a private, outside Internet Service Provider are treated as outside the campus firewall for access to campus resources such as the Mansfield library.  However, wireless Internet  is now available at select buildings in the University Villages and the Villages offer a computer lab with Internet access.
