What type of services does the RTA program provide?

RTAs assist residents with technology problems - including problems with computers, televisions, stereos, telephones, and so on.

RTAs can visit you in your dorm by appointment (check with your hall front desk for details), or you may call (243-2625) or visit the DirectConnect office at 014 Elrod hall.  Our office hours are 1-4 pm, Monday through Friday, but feel free to call anytime between 8am and 5pm, one of our friendly staff members will be happy to answer your questions over the phone.
