How long will it take you to fix my computer after I drop it off at your office?

It generally takes a day or two to fix machines, but it can take up to a week depending on how many machines are in line ahead of yours. We will call you when we are finished with your machine, but we will return a machine at any time if you come by and request so, regardless of the status of your machine.
