Disability Services for Students is The University of Montana's student affairs office which assures program access to the University by students with disabilities. We coordinate and provide reasonable accommodations, advocate for an accessible and hospitable learning environment, and promote self-determination on the part of the students we serve.

Are you using note takers as a disability related modification this semester? If so, please remember that all note taker stipend forms are due to Disability Services for Students no later than Monday April 30 by 5:00 p.m. Both the white copy and yellow copy of the note taker stipend form must be return to the Disability Services receptionist in order for your note taker to receive the $30.00 stipend.

Criteria:
1) Having a permanent disability,
2) Attending a Montana College or Technical School,
3) Enrolled for at least 9 semester credits,
4) Enrolled for the 2012-2013 school year,
5) Financial need will also be considered,
6) Narrative of how scholarship will help meet personal and educational goals.

Spring 2012 Finals Week is quickly approaching. The finals week is one of the busiest time in Disability Services by administering over 500 exams that week. Schedule your exam with Disability Services promptly.
