Topic 1: Announcements
-Steve Hurin and Allison Nordahl met with Dean Candidate Mark Wadell on Friday, November 2nd
-The volleyball game on Friday night at the Adams Arena had an overall attendance of 1500+
-UM Student Advocates won the $300 for most attended-did anyone else go??!! It was exciting!

Topic 2: Meet and Greet-TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-The GSA Meet and Greet is TONIGHT NOVEMBER7TH,  AT 6PM, AT THE PRESSBOX
-Dept Reps and Officers should arrive around 5:45 to meet together before the event
-Keg will be provided! $5 for a cup!
-Officers will bring name tags, pens, markers, evaluation forms, a GSA involvement sheet, the banner, and brochures
-Hopefully fliers were posted?!
-advertising in the Kaiman was discussed, but too expensive ($28 for smallest ad-very small)
-Radio advertising was also discussed-did anyone hear it?

Topic 3: Strategic plan/Proposal presentation for this week's meeting
-Steve has created a presentation for GSA's plan-including a proposal for the Big Sky Career Fair
-We will go over broad ideas for the year; come with questions/suggestions!

Topic 4: Officer Reports, etc.
-Officers will soon have officer reports at meetings
-Steve was to add Michael Fiebig to the dept reps list-Environmental Studies
-Meetings are always held on Fridays at 11:00AM in UC 207 (unless otherwise stated)-PLEASE TRY TO ATTEND IF POSSIBLE :)
