I. Topic 1: Discussion Forum- Graduate Initiative

a) November 24, 2008, 1:00- 2:00 pm in Janette Rankin Hall Room 202.

b) Flyers will be produced and posted across campus

c) Inserts/flyers may be used at the meeting to promote student involvement with GSA.

d) Because Janette Rankin Hall is not wheelchair accessible, the meeting will be videotaped and made available on GSA’s website.

e) GSA will set up a Facebook account as another form of reaching students regarding this and other events.

II. Topic 2: Grant Writing Workshop

a) Room reservations need to be made for the February 5, 2008 meeting.

b) A grant writing workshop page will be added to the GSA website.
