I.            Topic 1: Continuous Registration Policy for Graduate Students
a)    Guests: Associate Provost for Graduate Education Perry Brown and GSA Advisor Sandy Ross for a discussion regarding the new continuous registration policy for graduate students.
b)    Additional considerations/ modifications include looking into the department’s definition of “academic year”, and “additional exceptions on a case by case basis”.
c)     This policy has no bearing on the one-credit policy or the 1 semester break policy.
 
II.            Topic 2: Spring Budgeting
a)    Our 10 minute time slot is 2/26 at 8:50 pm. Lobbying and attending the formal sessions recommended- particularly the informal sessions from 9-10pm each evening.
b)    Brainstorming for how to address the need for additional funds- particularly in the wake of a considerable budget cut proposal.
 
III.            Topic 3: Meet and Greet
