I. Topic 1: April Graduate Student Appreciate Week Social Event

a) April 11 from 8pm – 11pm at the Union Club (upstairs).

b) Advertising: run ads in the Kaimen for three days, send weekly emails to students, advertise with flyers, possibly advertise at the GradFac Research Conference.

c) Music: Try to find no-cost performers via networking and the music department. Consider boom-box, cd/digital music collection as back up.

d) Fees: Charge $6 for keg drinks to cover cost of keg. Additional funds to cover other costs. Consider asking for donations as well.

e) Incorporate a wall board for students to write on and cards/ board games

II. Topic 2: Campus Clothing T-Shirt Fundraiser

Double check sizing options (all large instead of all x-large) before moving forward.
