I. Topic 1: April Graduate Student Appreciate Week Event

a) Scheduling: Event confirmed for Sat., April 11, 8-11pm at the Union Club.

b) Marketing: Additional flyers will be printed and distributed and business card adds (3) will run in the Kaimen the week of the event.

c) Entertainment: Schuyler will follow up on a DJ/ stereo possibility and game options are finalized. Please bring extra cards/ board games if you have them.

d) Cayla will try to obtain wristbands to track beverage purchases. If wristbands cannot be attained, a stamp will be used.

II. Topic 2: Campus Clothing T-Shirt Fundraiser

a) This event is cancelled.

III. Topic 3: Officer Recruitment

a) The officer recruitment flyer will be updated and distributed.

b) Bylaws will be reviewed and updated as appropriate

c) Webmaster responsibilities will be rolled into Secretary position and webmaster position will be dropped. This will leave only four positions to fill, rather than five.

d) Recruitment will be ongoing in April, including at the April Social Event (a sheet for students to provide name, email, and department will be made available).
