How many credits do I need to live at Lewis and Clark? Residents are required to be registered students at the University of Montana and have at least 60 credits on their transcript.
How much does it cost to submit an application for Lewis and Clark and where do I get an application on line? The application must be submitted together with $320. $20 is a non refundable processing fee and $300 is a damage deposit which is held until you vacate the apartment. If there are no damages or past due rent, the damage deposit is refundable at that time.

How do I cancel my application before I move in? You must send email to the LC Village Office at lc.secretary@mso.umt.edu cancelling your reservation. If the cancellation is received 30 days before your scheduled move in date, you will be refunded the $300 damage deposit. If you cancel with less then 30 days before your move in date, the $300 damage deposit will be forfeited.

Where do I go to pay my rent for Lewis and Clark? Rent may be paid either at the Residence Life Office in Turner Hall or the Lewis and Clark Village office. You may also pay on Cyberbear or at the cashier's counter in Griz Central.
When can I move in? Your date of move in is dependent upon availability of an apartment and your timing. Each residents will make specific arrangements for the move in by answering that question on the application. If an apartment is not on your requested date, you will be notified by the office.
When do I have to move out? You will have possession of your apartment until you turn in a 60 day vacate notice to move out. Occupancy is 12 months of the year. There are not specific move in and move out dates associated with the academic calendar.
What size are the beds? The mattress in the apartments are all full size or regular. They are not queen or king.
