Common Questions about University Villages

How much does it cost to submit an application for University Villages?  The application must be submitted together with a $20 nonrefundable processing fee.   After you have accepted the offer of any apartment, you must make a $250 damage deposit.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my housing application?   Please call 406.243.6030 or send email directly to jacqui.robinson@mso.umt.edu to inquire about the status of your housing application.

When can I move in?  When an apartment becomes available, you will be contacted and offered that apartment.  If you accept, a specific move in date is established at that time.

When do I have to move out?  Please see the checkout and vacate policies.

How much is the rent?

Where do I pay my rent for University Villages?   The best location to pay rent is directly at the University Village Office on Elkhorn Court.   A night deposit box is available if you are not able to come to the office during business hours.    Alternatively, you may pay on Cyberbear or at the cashier's in Griz Central.
