Cancellation Dates vary for the different areas of housing.   Below is information for the residence halls.

 
Cancellation Dates for Residence Halls Applications 

Fall Semester before June 1

 Receive $200 refund

 Fall Semester between June 1 and Aug 1

     Receive $100 refund

Fall  Semester after Aug 1

No Refund

Spring Semester

  

Before 1st housing day -

Receive $200 refund

After 1st housing day

No Refund

 

Arrival and move in at  LEWIS and CLARK Village and UNIVERSITY VILLAGES

is based on the assignment of an apartment and the specific date that has been arranged for your move in.    There is not an official opening date built into the rental rate for the apartments.   Your rent becomes effective and is prorated on a daily basis based on the date you pick up your keys.
