176 Apartments, ten-twelve blocks from campus.

K. Ross Toole Village consists of brick and frame single and two story apartments with four to nine units in each building. Apartments range in size from studio to three bedrooms. These apartments have showers installed.

Twenty-two units have been designed to meet ADA accessibility standards. These units also range in size from studio to three bedrooms.

Each unit is equipped with washer/dryer hook ups (except the studio apartments). A laundry facility is located within the complex. Play areas for children are located within the housing area. A jogging trail has also been designed within the village area.

University Villages provides: water, garbage removal, cable tv service, electric range, refrigerator, showers, carpeting, off-street parking, playground areas, and recycle stations.

Tenant provides: furniture, drapes, electricity, gas, and telephone.

NOTE: A 30 day vacate notice is required. The tenant will be charged up to 30 days rent unless 30 days notice is given. The tenant must have all carpets cleaned by a bonded/licensed professional carpet cleaner upon vacating the apartment. A receipt for this service must be presented at check-out when the keys to the apartment are returned. Tenants may not rent a steam cleaner and self-clean their carpets. If carpets are not professional cleaned, management will make arrangements for cleaning and charge the expense to the tenant.
