About Diversity Programming UC Diversity Programming aims to unite The University of Montana students, staff and faculty in building a more diverse and welcoming campus. We recognize that each cultural and ethnic group on this campus has unique struggles and goals; we also believe that no individual group can fully realize its goals until all forms of prejudice and oppression end. We envision a campus where basic human value and goodness is recognized in all people, accurate information about cultural diversity is sought out and available, personal awareness is broadened, and where all people take action to respond to prejudice and pro-actively support inclusion and equality. .
