Sandi Robinson Receives ACF Sous Chef Certification

Sandi Robinson has become the latest UDS staff member to receive certification by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). Sandi is now a Certified Sous Chef. Sous Chef Robinson joins the ranks of culinary professionals who are recognized both for their educational expertise and their professional work experience. Sandis effort to achieve this certification has proven her to be an accomplished, educated and professionally involved culinarian.

Sandi has been with University Dining Services since 1981 and is currently the Sous Chef in the University Center cash operations kitchen. Sandi is well known for her self-branded, Sandis Soups line, in the UC Food Court. These soups are the creation of Sandis extensive knowledge of soup making techniques and continuing recipe development.
