The Division of Student Affairs at The University of Montana has created an student employment program which will allow individuals the ability to explore career opportunities that exist in the various UM Student Affairs departments.
Designed as an immersion learning program, SAIL with give successful candidates the opportunity to spend a semester in four week rotations in each of four selected Student Affairs departments gaining knowledge of each department’s programs, services and operations.
Based on successful completion of the four rotational experiences, students may then have the option of doing an in-depth semester long internship in one of those four departments based on student interest and/or departmental needs.
