We, as a campus, derive strength from diversity. On April 29, 2008, the Diversity Council honored 25 students who, by leading student groups, organizing performances, mentoring peers, and volunteering in the community, have helped to create a vibrant place of exchange and education. Among this group are Fulbright scholars, students who speak up to six languages and students who have won various awards. All of them have maintained excellent GPAs. They reach out to those around them, act as an ambassadors and peacemakers, and promote unity in the face of difference. We commend them for their achievements.
