The University of Montana prohibits smoking in all buildings owned, operated, or leased by the University, except in some living spaces of University Villages, and prohibits smoking within 25 feet of buildings. Violation of the University smoking policy is covered by Section V.A.9 of the Student Conduct Code and is subject to University disciplinary action(s).
