The list of complaints is gathered at the time of student renters seeking advice for dispute resolution services from The Off-Campus Renter Center.
The Renter Center does not share details of the complaints but only that there was a complaint about the property management company in the form of a dispute between the client and the company. The Renter Center listens to the complaint in detail and helps the tenant to resolve the dispute in a professional manner. The Renter Center does not, and will not, encourage or discourage the use of any company or private landlord.
