Lease: Get a copy, read it, and ask us if you have questions!

Move-In Condition Report: Make sure that you take this seriously. The nail holes in the wall might not seem like a big deal now, but if you don't write them down on your Condition Report, you could get charged for them later! And keep a copy for your records!

Get It In Writing! You and your landlord may have verbally agreed that you can have a dog, but it doesn't say anything on your lease. Get it in writing! Send a letter or email confirming what was agreed upon and have both sides sign!
