Walk n Roll Week 2013

Every year the Missoula Community puts on the event "Bike, Walk, Bus Week". For 2013 this will move from April to September. In coordination with that event, ASUM Transportation puts on the concurrent event of "Walk n Roll Week."

Walk n Roll Week encourages anyone visiting the UM campus for that week to travel to the campus via an alternative means, rather than driving alone to campus. Anyone biking, walking, busing, or carpooling to campus receives a raffle ticket and is entered into a contest to receive a number of prizes donated from local businesses.

It is the hope of ASUM Transportation to encourage students, faculty, and the community to help reduce our carbon footprint on our planet by finding alternative methods of transportation other than driving. And this event has been designed to reward anyone who helps in that endeavor.
