INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ASSOCIATION-FOOD AND CULTURE FESTIVAL RECOGNIZED 2011-2012
Purpose: To form an organization that supports the welfare of foreign students in coordination with FSSS at the UM. To organize activities and to promote culture exchange and understanding among students, staff and faculty of all nations and members of the local community.
Purpose: To provide positive cultural exchange between Japan, UMT and the surrounding community. To assist Japanese exchange students attending the UMT to adapt to the UMT experience. To assist all students interested in Japanese culture to develop a deep understanding of Japanese culture.
KYI-YO NATIVE AMERICAN STUDENT ASSOCIATION RECOGNIZED 2011-2012
Purpose: To unify and provide for communication among Native American students, to foster a strong scene of cultural identity and to promote extra curricular activities that bridge UM with the community of Missoula with its Native American residents.
