Monday, April 23 - University Center
8:00am to 10:00am: Out-of-State District Information Sessions
10:00am to 3:00pm: Educators' Career Fair
The career fair is an effective and inexpensive way for school district representatives to meet and interview qualified candidates for classroom, special education, counseling, speech-language pathology and administration positions. It is also an outstanding way for candidates in the field of education to interview in one place for over 1,500 job openings. Junior-level education students are invited to attend the fair this year for the first time as part of a new program to network with school administrators for potential student teaching positions and learn about school districts in preparation for their senior year when they will be looking for jobs.
