Career Services staff are available to present information on available services such as resume/cover letter writing, interviewing skills and job search assistance. Refer your students to Career Services for any career related needs they might have. Examples might be for career counseling, choosing a major, job search assistance, resume and cover letter writing, interview practice/preparation and Griz eRecruiting, Career Services and Center for Work Based Learning's web based resume database, on-campus interviewing, and job/internship listing system.

National Student Employment Week: The National Student Employment Association (NSEA) has declared the second full week of April each year be set aside to recognize the value of student employees. In accordance, President Engstrom has proclaimed this week as National Student Employment Week at The University of Montana. Additionally, one deserving UM student worker will be honored as The University of Montana Student Employee of the Year. The winning student will receive a plaque and a $500 scholarship. UM's winning student will also be moved forward to the state level. The nomination submission period runs from December to February. For more information click here.
