Classroom Presentations & Career Services tours can be arranged by using our
online request form. Career Services staff are available to present information on available services such as resume/cover letter writing, interviewing skills and job search assistance. Please use our online request form to arrange a tour or classroom presentation.
Refer your students to Career Services for any career related needs they might have. Examples might be for career counseling, choosing a major, job search assistance, resume and cover letter writing, interview practice/preparation and
Griz eRecruiting, Career Services and Center for Work Based Learning's web based resume database, on-campus interviewing, and job/internship listing system.
Workshops on resumes/cover letters, interviewing skills, and job search techniques are scheduled each semester. A copy of the Workshop Schedule for the current semester is available online.
Career Fairs held each semester bring a wide variety of employers to campus seeking to hire UM students for part-time, internship and full-time employment opportunities. Visit our

The
Annual Survey of Graduates is available to departments as a means of tracking job titles, salaries, employers, and graduate school statistics and information. A copy of the
Graduate Survey is also available online.
A Faculty Guide to Ethical and Legal Standards in Student Hiring is a guide provided by the National Association of Colleges and Employers to assist you in fairly and ethically providing employment assistance to your students. The full-text of the

Individual Career Counseling is available for faculty and staff. Counseling may include assessment, use of the Career Resource Library and employment related assistance. Please call our office at 243-2022 for an appointment.
Testing Services
UM Testing Services provides national standardized tests including: ACT, GRE, GMAT, MCAT, LSAT, PRAXIS, TOEFL and a comprehensive offering of IT certifications and professional licensures and certifications. Check with us to see if we currently offer, or can acquire, licensing and certification examinations relevant to your college/school graduates.
