What is Griz eRecruiting?
For UM employers
Career Services and Internship Services have partnered to provide Griz eRecruiting, a FREE comprehensive career services software program designed to assist with your staffing/recruiting/internship needs.
Here's how Griz eRecruiting can help you connect with qualified candidates for your professional positions and internships:
- Resume Referral and On-campus Recruiting Program:
Through our web-based system, you can search for resumes of qualified candidates yourself right from your office computer. After scheduling your pre-screen or open sign-up campus recruiting visits with our office, you can monitor student sign-ups and review the resumes of the interview candidates all from your office computer.
To utilize these features, you will need to register with Griz eRecruiting through our Employer Registration Page.
Your registration request will be held in a pending status until approved by our office (note: please allow 24-48 hours). Once your registration request has been approved, you will be emailed a confirmation and you will then be able to log into the Employer View and access the above mentioned features. You can access the Employer View portal by clicking here.
- Online job/internship vacancy system:
Griz eRecruiting also features a web-based job and internship posting system that is available to you and to students 24 hours-a-day/7 days-a-week. If you have a Griz eRecruiting account, you can post your current job and internship vacancies yourself by clicking here or Career Services or Internship Services can post them for you. Students can search, view and submit applications directly to your account through the Griz eRecruiting system.
The University of Montana office of Career Services has established a
