The Administrative Management degree program and Customer Service certificate program provide students with the training and skills that make them employable.

The Customer Relations Program provides students with skills to promote excellent customer relations in business settings. Courses related to the service industry, service-level decisions, formulation of service policies, customer service management, and staff developments are included. Students gain knowledge of customer care, effective communication, and the importance of public relations to promote a positive image.
