Fitness Classes
With over 50 hours of group classes per week, taught by highly qualified instructors, we have something for everyone. Check the Classes link for the current class schedule.

Consultations
Need a fitness routine?  Meet with a Campus Rec Personal Trainer for a one time fitness consultation.
Need to fine tune your eating your habits?  Meet with a Registered Dietician for individual dietary recommendations.
Suffering from aches and pains?  Meet with a Physical Therapist for an injury assessment.  

Weight Room Equipment Orientations
If you are new to the weight room, or unsure of how to properly use the exercise equipment, sign up at the FRC front desk for a FREE weight room equipment orientation.
