To register for a special event or one day tournament click on the appropriate link below and print out the roster. If you are unable to print the registraion form please come to the Campus Recreation Fitness and Recreation Center and pick up a registration form at the front desk. Return the registration form to the front desk of the Fitness and Recreation Center with all the necessary information filled out by the due date and time printed at the top of the form. Late registrations forms will be accepted on a waiting list, so please get your registration in on time.
