The Optimal Bear Program
Wellness Coaching to get your life where you want it!
Optimal Bear consists of individual, wellness coaching and group workshops centered around personal lifestyle. This FREE program is self-directed, so you choose what you want to change in your lifestyle and we help you do it!
We work on specific challenges with you to help you achieve balance in your life. Topics we address include:
• Stress Management • Sleep • Exercise/Activity • Eating Well • & more!
Our goal is to help you be successful, feel good, and enjoy your life.
Wellness Coaching and Classes
- Six weeks of individual coaching sessions once per week.
We follow your lead! Tell us what you want to work on and we will help you achieve your goals.
We refer you to campus resources that can help you reach your optimum wellness and lifestyle.
- Optional group seminars once per week.
You have the option to come to a variety of classes designed to help you with stress management, sleep, active lifestyles, eating well, healthier drink options, and more.
You can pick and choose which classes pertain to your goals. They are not mandatory, just an extra resource for you.
