Making a Medical Services Appointment

To make an appointment with the Medical Services Department please call 243-4330 or stop by and talk with Medical Receptionists.

Students without appointments are cared for as rapidly as possible but you may have to wait or be reappointed, depending on your condition or the patient load at the time.

Cancelling a Medical Services Appointment

If you are not able to make your appointment at the time scheduled, you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment AT LEAST 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

You may cancel/reschedule appointments by calling
243-4330 or 243-2122 after hours. Voice mail is available at all times so that you can leave a cancellation message. Please include your name, student ID number and time of appointment.

No-Show Fee

If you do not show up for your appointment and you do not cancel/reschedule at least 30 minutes in advance of the appointment, you will be charged a "No Show Fee" of $20.

Additionally, if you arrive ten or more minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, you will be rescheduled AND charged a no-show fee.

You may appeal the "No Show Fee" by requesting and completing an appeal form within two weeks of your missed appointment. These forms are available from the specific clinic where you had an appointment
