- Complete and pay* for a community-based substance abuse information course approved by DPHHS, or court, or provided by Dept. of Corrections, or licensed hospital chemical dependency program.
*usually costs between $65 to $250 - 6-month Driver's License suspension.
2nd Offense
- Jail time.
- Fined $600 to $1000.
- Complete and pay* for a community-based substance abuse information course approved by DPHHS, or court, or provided by Dept. of Corrections, or licensed hospital chemical dependency program.

3rd Offense
- Jail time.
- Fined $1000 to $5000.
- Complete and pay* for a community-based substance abuse information course approved by DPHHS, or court, or provided by Dept. of Corrections, or licensed hospital chemical dependency program.
*usually costs between $65 and $250 - 1-year Driver's License suspension.
