I got a DUI and have counseling hours to complete. Can I use SOS?

It depends. The State of Montana requires DUI offenders to attend the ACT program. SOS does not provide that service. Turning Point in Missoula does 532-9800. If you are required to attend ASAM Level 1 outpatient counseling as recommended by the ACT program, you may be able to utilize the SOS program.
