FREE MEAL (up to $8.75 value) may be provided for students working a minimum of one 3-hour shift.

Semi-monthly Pay

Our student employees earn a starting wage of $7.35/hour. Student leadership, internships, work study and other opportunities are available as well.

Student Leadership Program

Dining Services employs approximately 25 students each semester in higher paying, supervisory and managerial positions. These positions provide practical, real life, business experience and a solid leadership foundation. Internships for credit are available. Check with your academic advisor for details.

UDS Student Employee Scholarship Awards

Each semester, University Dining Services awards several Student Employee Scholarships annually. This scholarship is awarded to full-time students who are UDS employees.

Convenient and flexible work hours

Work on campus close to university facilities, allowing for easy, between and after class scheduling.

Dining Services is the largest student employer on campus, with approximately 450 student employees in ten dining operations each semester! On-campus employment is a great way to meet students.
