* WUE (Western Undergraduate Exchange) is awarded to incoming students only through the Admissions Office and is a highly competitive merit based scholarship resulting in reduced tuition for qualifying out of state students. Incoming students to the COT will no longer be eligible for the WUE beginning fall semester 2012.
