Presidential Leadership Scholarship

Duration: Four year, renewable award

The Presidential Scholarship is The University of Montana’s premier freshman scholarship. Presidential Scholars are chosen on academic merit alone and are renewable for four years. At least 12 and up to 15 PLS awards made each year to incoming freshman. The approximate value each year including the tuition waiver will be valued at $11,300 for Gold Level and $8,800 for Silver Level.

Eligibility

PLS Minimum Requirements:

• Have a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.8 on a 4.0 scale
• ACT composite score of 28 or SAT composite score of 1890

Application Procedure

Applications are available through the Davidson Honors College.

If a PLS application is submitted, consideration for the Freshman Scholarship Program is automatically given, no other application should be submitted.
