Welcome

In 1904, Greek Life began at The University of Montana. Today, nine chapters are strong and vital members of the Greek Life community. All Greek chapters on campus are affiliated with strong National/International Organizations that provide scholarships, leadership training, advising and travel opportunities. We have 260 active Greeks on campus!

The University of Montana has a highly involved alumni base that formed an advisory committee called the Greek Task Force. Along with dedicated local chapter volunteers, the Greek Task Force provides scholarships, guidance and mentoring for our local Greeks. Our alumni are expanding the potential of the Greek community and fostering a great network for graduating students to find jobs!   

The Office of Greek Life works closely with all five fraternities and four sororities to improve their organizations and to help their members become successful students and leaders at The University of Montana and in the greater Missoula community.
