The application must be submitted together with a $25 non-refundable processing fee. After you have accepted the offer of any apartment, you must make a $250 damage deposit.

When an apartment becomes available, you will be contacted and offered that apartment. If you accept, a specific move in date is established at that time.
You are not required to move out at any specific time, however, if you are graduating or leaving school after Spring semester, you should be out of your apartment no later then June 30. You are required to turn in a thirty (30) day vacate notice.Please see the checkout and vacate policies.
To obtain a network service provider, we recommend contacting Bresnan (406) 728-4200 or Bridgemaxx (800) 979-3797. A satellite dish attached to the building is not allowed.
The best location to pay rent is at The Residence Life Office in Turner Hall. A night deposit box is available in Turner Hall if you are not able to come to the office during business hours. If you want your payment applied directly to your rent, please pay at the Residence Life Office in Turner Hall. Alternatively, you may pay on Cyberbearor at the cashier in Griz Central. However, if you pay on Cyberbear, the payment will be applied to your oldest listed chanrge, which may not be your rent.
No, animals are not allowed at the University Villages unless they are certified companion or service animals. Please see the University of Montana Service, Therapy and Companion Animal Policy for more information.
