We will begin making assignments for fall semester in April. We will not know our vacancy numbers until this time, and application are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Applications that do not receive an assignment will be placed on a waiting list. You may log into Cyberbear to get your assignment and roommate information. There is not a deadline for sending in applications.
Applications received for the future Fall semester are held until mid-April for processing. It is necessary to wait until April to assign apartments because we need to receive vacate notices from our current residents before we know which apartments will be available at the end of August. We will send a postcard upon receipt of your application for the August move in date.
Applications received for the future Spring semester are held until mid-November for processing. It is necessary to wait until mid-November to assign apartments because we need to receive vacate notices from our current residents before we know which apartments will be available in January. We will send a postcard upon receipt of your application for the January move in date.
Applications requesting immediate move in are processed as received. Applicant will be contacted by the Lewis and Clark Village Office Manager about the assignment.

How do I cancel my application before I move in? You must send email to the LC Village Office at lc.secretary@mso.umt.edu cancelling your reservation. If the cancellation is received 30 days before your scheduled move in date, you will be refunded the $300 damage deposit. If you cancel with less then 30 days before your move in date, the $300 damage deposit will be forfeited.
