Cancellation Dates vary for the different areas of housing. Please select the housing area you are looking for.
Arrival and move in at The Lewis and Clark Village and The University Villages is based on the assignment of an apartment and the specific date that has been arranged for your move in. There is not an official opening date built into the rental rate for the apartments. Your rent becomes effective and is prorated on a daily basis based on the date you pick up your keys, whether you officially move in to your assignement or not.

When you arrive on campus to move into the residence halls, you may go directly to the building you are assigned. To find your room assignment and roommate information, please log into Cyberbear and to go Student Services -- Residence Life Services - select the term of your arrival.
