A vital component of residence halls life is your hall staff. The staff is concerned with helping you develop a healthy living environment within the hall. They are here for your benefit. Seek them out whenever you have a question or just want to talk with someone.
The Head Resident and the Assistant Head Resident serve as liaison between the University Administration and the residents of the hall. They supervise the Resident Assistants, as well as explain and maintain University and residence halls regulations.

The Resident Assistant is a part-time staff member (as well as a full-time student) assigned to a section of a hall. He or she is the prime resource person for the students and assists residents with personal and academic concerns. "R.A.'s" are your main link to the Residence Life Office and the University. They are a good source of information and assistance.

The Resident Technology Assistants are responsible for assisting residents with the DirectConnect program and other computer issues within the residence halls and Student Affair's offices.

The Secretary is responsible for the operation of the individual hall office and serves as receptionist and as an aid to the staff in helping students.
