120 apartments, four to six blocks from campus. Craighead and Sisson are X-shaped, three-story, brick and concrete buildings with a playground located between the apartment complex. Each of the two buildings contains 60 apartments ranging in size from studio to four-bedroom units. These pictures show as furnished for your viewing, however they do not come furnished.

University Villages provides: heat, water, electricity, cable tv service, electric range, refrigerator, washer and dryer hook-ups, garbage removal, playground, parking, and recycle stations.

Tenant provides: furniture, drapes, carpeting, and telephone.

NOTE: A 30 day vacate notice is required. The tenant will be charged up to 30 days rent unless 30 days notice is given. The tenant must have all carpets cleaned by a bonded/licensed professional carpet cleaner upon vacating the apartment. A receipt for this service must be presented at check-out when the keys to the apartment are returned. Tenants may not rent a steam cleaner and self-clean their carpets. If carpets are not professional cleaned, management will make arrangements for cleaning and charge the expense to the tenant.
