Summer students are housed in Pantzer Hall, primarily in four person suites. Each suite has four private bedrooms, a common living room, refrigerator, microwave oven, and two bathrooms. Pantzer Hall is a smoke-free facility.

UM conducts an annual shutdown of the Heating Plant in order to perform necessary maintenance. The annual shutdown is tentatively scheduled for May 18-27, 2013. During this time, hot water will not be available.
Participants staying in residence halls are expected to comply with all residence hall policies and regulations.
Clean, comfortable, and convenient room furnishings are provided including a single bed, closet, chest or dresser, study table, chair, curtains, and wastebasket. Linen is not provided. The resident is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their individual room, common area, and bathroom. A resident will be charged at check out for damage to the room, cleaning charges, lost keys, lost suite cards, and outdoor access card.
Each room in Pantzer Hall includes a data port which can be activated for Internet connection via Ethernet cord. The charge for Direct Connect Services is $35.00 for 30 days or less or $70.00 for more than 30 days. Amounts are not pro-rated and no refunds are available for unused portions due to early departure. Residents wishing to purchase this service must complete the activation form and make payment when they check-in.
In each hall lobby, there is a courtesy phone available for local calls. A calling card is necessary to make long distance calls.
To make a reservation, please print and return a Summer Housing Application. Payment in full is required at the time an application is submitted. In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be received in writing 5 days prior to the expected arrival date.
Housing is available in Pantzer Hall for Spring students beginning May 18 and non-students May 26 - August 3, 2013. Housing will not be available after 1:00 pm on August 3, 2013. Housing charges are based on the number of nights a room has been assigned.
The rate is $19.50 per person, per night.

The 11 week option is only available to students living on campus Spring 2013 Semester. Students who choose the 11 week option and have submitted a fall housing application must contact the Residence Life Office in Turner Hall at 406-243-2611 to discuss what their housing situation will be between August 3 and the beginning of the Fall 2013 Semester.
Students requesting the 11 week option will be required to relocate to Pantzer Hall from their Spring room assignment.
