Apartments range in size from studios to 3-bedroom units. Washing machines and clothes dryers are not permitted but three laundry facilities with coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the premises. These 274 apartments are located four to ten blocks from campus.

Water, garbage removal, cable television service, electric range, refrigerator, carpeting (except in kitchen and bath), a built-in chest in each bedroom, play areas for children, off-street parking, and recycle stations are included with each Elliot Village unit.
