K. Ross Toole Village Apartments

Apartments range in size from studios to three bedrooms. These apartments have showers installed. The 176 apartments are located ten-twelve blocks from campus. A laundry facility is located within the complex. Play areas for children are located within the housing area. A jogging trail has also been designed within the village area.

Twenty-two units have been designed to meet ADA accessibility standards. These units range in size from studio to three bedrooms.

Water, garbage removal, cable television service, electric range, refrigerator, washer and dryer hook-ups (except in the studios), showers, carpeting, off-street parking, playground areas, and recycle stations are included with each Toole Village unit.

Wireless: Internet is not included in Toole Village and tenants need to contact an Internet provided if they would like Internet in their apartment
Laundry: One-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units have washer and dryer hook-ups in the apartment and there are wash houses available in Elliot Village for tenants in studio apartments
Community Center: There is one large community center that host events next to the main office
Storage Units: Some units come with a storage unit, but not all
