Name Your Page

You must name your page in three places for the page to be saved and display correctly: Title, Display Name, and System Name.

Title and Display Name

The Title is used to create the Heading 1 at the top of your template, while the Display Name is used for the left-hand and breadcrumb navigation.

To edit the Title and Display Name, make sure you are on the content tab, then edit the fields inside the Inline Metadata section.

System Name

The System Name is used for the file name when the page is published, and also shows up inside Cascade as the name of the page.

To create a System Name, switch to the System tab, and edit the System Name field.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the first page in a folder MUST have "default" as the System Name.

Saving the New Page

You will need to select where to save the page first. You do this by selecting a Parent Folder under the System tab.

The Parent Folder is the folder that contains the page you are trying to create.

To select a Parent Folder, click on the brackets (indicated by an arrow) to browse for a folder.
